Cabbage stew with noodles

ingredients
For 4 people:
- 100 g of bacon
- 50 g onions
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 300 g of carrots
- 100 g of celery
- 500 g of pointed cabbage
- 250 g of tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 L vegetable stock
- 150 g of frozen peas
- 300 g filled tortelloni (finished product)
- 1 tray of cress
Preparation:
- Finely chop the bacon, remove the onions and chop.
- Clean the cabbage, remove the stalk and the leaf ribs and cut into pieces.
- Clean carrots and celery, then slice.
- Wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
- Boil tomatoes with boiling water, skin, quarter, core, then cut in half.
- Heat oil in a pot. Fry bacon and onions in it.
- Add the prepared vegetables and the uncooked clove of garlic, allow to fry for about 4 minutes.
- Add the stock and cook the stew for about 20 minutes.
- Then add peas, tomatoes and tortelloni, cook for another 5 min.
- Finally, sprinkle the finished stew with cress and serve immediately.
