Canned lemon to fish and meat

The ideal tip to pimp the lemon for schnitzel or fish:


  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • some sugar


Cut the halved lemon slightly in the middle of the cut surface. Insert the bay leaf in the incision, then place the lemon with the bay leaf and the cut surface in sugar. Now add the whole thing to the roast of fish and meat with the sugared cut surface in the pan.
