Cantuccini tiramisu

300 g Cantuccini (Italian almond biscuits) Juice of 2 oranges 250 g mascarpone 150 g low-fat quark 2 tbsp milk 4 tbsp icing sugar 4 tbsp eggnog (who does not like it - omit) 750 g raspberry, earth or other berries 100 g bitter chocolate With cantuccini lay out a baking dish and drizzle with orange juice. Mix mascarpone with cottage cheese, milk, powdered sugar and eggnog (does not have to be) until smooth and layer alternately with the berries and cantuccini in the form. Last layer should be mascarpone cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. If you do not like chocolate - you can also use chopped pistachios for decoration.
