Cappuccino macaroons

Cappuccino macaroons are delicious and easy to bake:

you need 3 x protein, 3-4 tbsp white wine vinegar, 300g sugar, 35g finely ground mocha chocolate (but melts faster when grated on the cheese grater), 125g grated coconut, 125g flour and 2 sachets of cappuccino powder (also works with 2 tsp Coffee) and baking wafers in size as your macaroons are to be.

First, the egg whites and the vinegar must be beaten together. Then gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until the mass is very thick and creamy. Now put the rest of the ingredients under the dough. Distribute the baking wafers on your baking sheet and pack them on these small dough pieces (preferably with two small teaspoons).

Electricity: 150-175 degrees
Gas: Level 2
The baking time is about 20 minutes.
So Dekotipp you can still put the baking on each macaroon or a mocha bean!
