Carbohydrate satiating hot dinner

Never before has there been so much talk about carbohydrates as in the last time and meanwhile everyone should know that they are not conducive to a reduction diet or a diet change in the evening.

But since I like to eat something warm in the evening, this filling vegetable pan with chicken or turkey breast often comes on the table. Since I always use different types of vegetables for seasonal reasons, it never tastes monotonous and you will not soon be sorry for the dish.

The meat is fried in little coconut fat from all sides. It is seasoned with turmeric, a very important and helpful spice to support fat burning.

  • asparagus tips

  • beans

The vegetables are steamed for a long enough time, but should remain crisp.

If you like, sprinkle some more sesame seeds over it.

The gravy of the previously cooked meat, it needs no more sauce and thus saves many calories. Can be seasoned with herbs to taste, possibly with some herbal salt, pepper, chili or Asian spice blends. A shot of soy sauce also brings flavor.
