Carbonara casserole

The carbonara casserole is not only popular with children. The preparation is simple and ready to cook in just 20 minutes.
ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti (I took this time penne)
- 400 g peas TK
- 1 to 2 small onions
- 200 g ham cooked (I took prosciutto raw)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml of cream
- 200 ml of milk
- Grated 100 g of parmesan
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Cook the spaghetti until firm and drain.
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
- In a saucepan or pan, heat the butter and sauté the onion. Then there are the already thawed peas and are about 5 minutes mitgedünstet. Salting and peppering.
- Cut the ham into strips and cut the chives into small rolls.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Put the spaghetti, onions and pea mixture, ham and chives in a large bowl and mix together.
- Mix eggs, milk, cream and Parmesan together, salt and pepper and stir in the noodle mixture.
- The whole is now filled into a greased casserole dish and baked for 20 minutes.
