Carbonara casserole

The carbonara casserole is not only popular with children. The preparation is simple and ready to cook in just 20 minutes.

ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti (I took this time penne)
  • 400 g peas TK
  • 1 to 2 small onions
  • 200 g ham cooked (I took prosciutto raw)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 200 ml of milk
  • Grated 100 g of parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti until firm and drain.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
  3. In a saucepan or pan, heat the butter and sauté the onion. Then there are the already thawed peas and are about 5 minutes mitgedünstet. Salting and peppering.
  4. Cut the ham into strips and cut the chives into small rolls.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  6. Put the spaghetti, onions and pea mixture, ham and chives in a large bowl and mix together.
  7. Mix eggs, milk, cream and Parmesan together, salt and pepper and stir in the noodle mixture.
  8. The whole is now filled into a greased casserole dish and baked for 20 minutes.
