It's an idea of ​​paradise: the toes in the sand, sunset, the sound of the sea, pleasant temperatures. Indispensable: the cocktail. Abandoned thanks to our great tips and recipes: the alcohol. You can also come without a big head on the day after in the full cocktail enjoyment. So cool the umbrella folded aside, straws out and shaker going on!

Cocktail recipes without alcohol

The classics. Unstable.

Caipirinha
Original Caiprinha is mixed with Cachaca, which is a Brazilian cane brandy made from fresh sugar cane (as opposed to rum, which is made from sugar cane molasses). You have to replace it, there are different possibilities. In principle, the preparation of a Caipiriha but always the same: A lime, 2 teaspoon cane sugar, filling liquid.

Wash the lime well and cut it. Add the cane sugar (the finer the ground, the better) in a suitable glass. That must not be so high, must have a wide opening and be quite robust. Now use a wooden pestle to crush the limes with the sugar and crush them so that as much juice comes out and the sugar is dissolved. Now fill the glass with crushed ice and add the last ingredient? in the original Cachaca. Depending on the taste but also goes Tonic Water, ginger ale or apple juice. A shot of passion fruit juice does not hurt either.


Mojito
The Mojito is a Cuban drink based on rum, with limes and especially mint.

The preparation is similar to the Caipirinha: Wash a lime well and sift, crush with 2 teaspoons of cane sugar and a few mint leaves in a long drink glass. Add rum and crushed ice, fill with sparkling mineral water and serve with lightly pressed mint sprigs. You get non-alcoholic enjoyment by simply replacing rum and mineral water with ginger ale!

Another non-alcoholic option: dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of powdered sugar in the juice of a lime, add 10 ml green peppermint syrup, a few mint leaves and crushed ice and top up with mineral water.


Variation 2: Crush the grated lime with lemon balm and 2 teaspoons brown sugar and a little sugar syrup. Crushed ice and bionade? Herbs? add.

And a distant relative: the Mint tonic
Grind some peppermint leaves with 1 cl of sugar syrup in a glass. Ice cubes, 4 cl peppermint syrup and 6 cl lemon juice. Fill with Tonic Water.

Almost a pina colada
The creamy dream of Pina Colada actually consists of rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream. But it also works without rum: shake well 4 cl of coconut syrup, 2 cl of cream and 16 cl of pineapple juice with ice cubes in the shaker.


Free Planter's punch
"One of Sour, Two of Sweet, Three of Strong, Four of Weak", this classic planter's punch rule refers to citrus juice, sugar, rum, water. Three of Strong: 7 cl grapefruit juice, 5 cl pineapple juice, 1 cl lime juice, ½ cl lime syrup, ½ cl shake sugar syrup with ice cubes in the shaker well. Strain into a large cocktail glass with ice and fill with ice-cold ginger ale.

The must haves. Without regrets

Aperol Sprizz sensa alcool
The classic Aperol Sprizz without Aperol? Simply use 2 cl of San Bitter (Italian non-alcoholic aperitif) and mix with 150 ml of not so sweet lemonade and a dash of soda.

Hugo free
Lightly crush 2 slices of lime with mint leaves and 2 tablespoons of elderflower syrup and fill with crushed ice into a large stemmed glass. Fill with mineral water.

The variant:
Mix pressed mint leaves with 2 cl elderflower syrup and lemonade. Serve a dash of mineral water with a slice of lime.

Something else.

Peppermint Patty
Add 60 ml of pineapple juice, 20 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of green peppermint syrup to a glass filled with ice cubes and stir. Add with Tonic Water or mineral water (but then use 80 ml pineapple juice).

Push up
Mix 20 ml of Grenadine, 60 ml of orange juice, 60 ml of grapefruit juice, 60 ml of pineapple juice in the shaker and place in a glass filled with ice cubes.

Fresh pink
Mix 20 ml lime juice and 20 ml raspberry syrup in a glass with ice cubes, fill up with mineral water. Serve with fresh raspberries.

Azzuro
Stir 40 ml of Curacao Blue Syrup with 20 ml of lime juice with ice-cream scraps. Fill up with Bitter Lemon and garnish with mint.

Car Driver
Mix 4 cl pineapple juice, 2 cl lemon juice, 1 cl grenadine in the shaker with plenty of ice, strain into a long drink glass with fresh ice. Fill with ginger ale.

The morning after. The Virgin Mary
Too bad about our non-alcoholic drinks is that the next day you have no reason for a hangover killer like the Bloody Mary, a drink of tomato juice and vodka. Well, then just a hangover killer against non-cat (but allegedly also helps against real hangover!): 6 cl of tomato juice, 8 cl of clear broth, celery salt, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, celery salt, fresh black pepper from the mill.
