Carp differently

I was looking for a carp recipe, as a friend had fished a splendid specimen and gave it to me - great I thought - no idea what to do with such a "cattle" and was looking for opportunities - found on the Internet recipes: breaded, baked, Polish with own blood ( iiiiihhh!) and then just made it JamieOliverLike with salt, rosemary and lemons - does not taste good with carp? - think - that was soooo delicious !!

So you need:

  • Carp - except, cleaned, washed, etc
  • A deep baking sheet laid out with aluminum foil
  • 3-4 lemons
  • some fresh sprigs of rosemary
  • and lots of coarse sea salt

Cut carps on both sides several times from top to bottom and place pieces of rosemary in these cuts. Sprinkle the whole carp with lemon juice and then embalm with the sea salt ... "stuff" the fish inside with plenty of lemon slices, sprigs of rosemary and a little more salt.

The fish is laid on coarse salt bedded on the baking sheet, the rest of lemon slices you also put on the plate (the jam really nice jam and support the tasting while cooking a few rosemary sprigs with it and the whole, depending on the size of the Fish, at about 200 ° C (top bottom heat), about 20-40 minutes bake in the oven.
