Carp in beer sauce

ingredients

  • 4 bottles of malt beer (caramel)
  • 1/2 bottle of Pilsner
  • Slice 2 onions
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 peppercorns
  • 2 pimento grains
  • and of course
  • 1 carp

preparation

Salt the carp. Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan and leave the split carp for about 20 minutes. Pour the broth through a sieve, then put it back on the stove and thicken with the sauce powder. Refine with milk and creamer (as desired).
Finished!

There are just boiled potatoes.
