Carrot and apple horseradish salad

I prepare this salad 4 to 5 times a week. The ingredients are usually in stock anyway, besides, it is very healthy and good for digestion.

Ingredients (per person)

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled
  • 1 small apple or 1/2 large apple
  • 1 teaspoon grated horseradish (I take it out of the jar)
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt or sour cream
  • 1-2 drops of lemon juice
  • a little sugar and salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

preparation

Finely grate the carrot. Likewise, the apple, if possible with shell, this may be rumbled somewhat coarser.

In a bowl of yogurt (sour cream) with lemon, sugar, salt and olive oil stir, the carrot and the apple underneath. This salad can also be supplemented with a little shredded celeriac.
