Carrot / cauliflower roasted in the oven

Fried carfiol

ingredients

  • 1 carrot (cauliflower)
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • sea-salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 toe garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • cream

preparation

  1. The Karfiol is washed and dissected into its roses. These are mixed well in a bowl with 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil and a little sea salt.
  2. Lay out a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the veal tenderloins on top. Bake for about 25 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven. Turn several times.
  3. In the meantime, the stalk is cut into small pieces, the onion and the garlic diced. Melt the butter and roast the ingredients well, pour in the cream, simmer until the vegetables are tender and puree with a blender.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, finely chop the parsley, stir and keep warm until the carmine is ready to roast. Serve the carrot and serve with the sauce.
