Carrot Salad - very different - delicious and low in calories

This carrot salad is also great for parties. Preferably in the warmer season. I always like it.

preparation

  1. Clean or peel 1 kg of carrots (as you like) and grate. Not exactly the finest strength. Something rough comes better. Or mix.
  2. Add 1 glass of Natreen pineapple or 1 medium can of pineapple sweetened (as you like), the juice of about 1-2 lemons and possibly a little sugar (about 1-2 tablespoons) or sweetener. Mix well.
  3. After 1 hour, the salad is perfect. Keep well in the fridge and enjoy on hot days: a poem!
