Carrot vegetables for children
My girlfriend's children did not want to eat carrot vegetables. I advised her about my recipe:
Peel the carrots (the skins get neighbor's rabbit) and slice them, then cook with some water and salt and pepper until they are firm to soft.
Mix a little flour in water and add. Boil briefly. Add 1 tsp of sugar and mix carefully. Better nachckern again.
You can also take honey.
This is a tip for bloody beginners and without a lot around it and my girlfriend their children eat since then carrot.
