Catch fruit flies with white wine-balsamic mixture

The other day, when I was traveling for a few days, I forgot to empty the trash can. When I came back, I had the gift: fruit flies in the kitchen!

First I emptied the garbage, which of course was not a lot of fun. After that, there were still a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen that had to be killed. I've already noticed that the little beasts are pretty much on my wine spritzer with Müller Turgau (dry). Previously, I've tried to catch the critters with balsamic vinegar, but it did not work really well. Now I thought to myself "The mixture will do it!". So I put a sip of Muller Turgau white wine in a shallow dish and a "tiny socks" Balsamic vinegar. And lo and behold, after only an hour, I had almost all the small nuisances in the shell. Are not dangerous, but annoying already tremendously.

So in the wine is usually the truth, but sometimes the fruit fly!
