Then add four to five tablespoons of fried onions and three to four tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, a little grated nutmeg, chives and thyme. If you want, you can also use parsley. Mince this dry mixture with the blender. Then mix the egg and the cheese under the crumbly mass.
