Cauliflower in white sauce and boiled potatoes, is a quick meal and tastes delicious!

ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower in florets
  • 1 onion cut
  • 50 - 60 g of butter
  • parsley
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, instant powder

Preparation:

  1. Divide cauliflower into florets and wash.
  2. Cook in slightly salted water for 9 minutes, then empty in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle the pot, heat the butter and fry the onions until they have a little color, add the flour. Stir, it has to stay light.
  4. Now stir in the cauliflower water in the roux, preferably with the whisk so that there are no lumps.
  5. Season the sauce to taste, add the cauliflower to the sauce, heat again.
  6. I boiled the boiled potatoes in the pressure cooker, 7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle parsley over everything.
