Cauliflower in white sauce and boiled potatoes, is a quick meal and tastes delicious!
ingredients
- 1 cauliflower in florets
- 1 onion cut
- 50 - 60 g of butter
- parsley
- 3 - 4 tablespoons of flour
- Salt, pepper, paprika, instant powder
Preparation:
- Divide cauliflower into florets and wash.
- Cook in slightly salted water for 9 minutes, then empty in a bowl.
- Drizzle the pot, heat the butter and fry the onions until they have a little color, add the flour. Stir, it has to stay light.
- Now stir in the cauliflower water in the roux, preferably with the whisk so that there are no lumps.
- Season the sauce to taste, add the cauliflower to the sauce, heat again.
- I boiled the boiled potatoes in the pressure cooker, 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle parsley over everything.
