Here is the recipe for a delicious chai tea with rum and almond milk. It is enough for 6 people.
ingredients
- 3 teabags of chai tea blend
- 1 vanilla pod (cut lengthwise in the middle)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 35 g of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 130 ml dark rum
- sweet cream
- 6 star anise
preparation
- Bring a pot of 600 ml of water to the boil on the stove, then turn down the heat. Let the tea bags, vanilla pod and cinnamon stick gently draw for 6 minutes. Take out the tea bag.
- Add sugar and honey and dissolve with stirring.
- Remove the pot from the flame and stir in the almond milk and warm.
- At the end, add the rum and stir again.
- Pick out cinnamon and vanilla.
- Distribute to 6 cups and give each a tablespoon of sweet cream on top.
- Decorate each cup with a star anise.
