Charcoal stew with a difference
This is a dish that our family likes to eat, and I think you'll love it too!
ingredients
- 1 cabbage (medium)
- about 15 normal sized potatoes (depends on how thick the stew should be)
- 750 g belly meat (piece)
- Caraway and salt
preparation
Cook the meat for about half an hour in lightly boiling salted water. Then cut the cabbage into small pieces and add some cumin (best to taste how strong the stew should taste for cumin).
You can also cut in the potatoes into cubes and boil them for the best. If the cabbage and potatoes are soft, you can munch on it.
