Check telephone, mobile phone and Internet contracts for topicality
I've had a contract with a local telephone company so far. When I changed my contract the other day and requested a fast line, a lot of me on a "speed test" that you can do for free on the internet, that my performance is not as high as my contract suggests me. "... up to 16,000 mbit / s" - I did not even get 2,000 mbit / s! So I called and asked. I was almost tricked and sold me the faster contract, with the knowledge that you do not have this line at all, but a maximum of 7,000 mbit / s are available! The consequence was that I terminated the anyway meanwhile expensive contract and looked for another provider. There I even get 3 months for free and guarantees the performance that I ordered because out of the TV connection. In addition, the mtl. Fee also at least the first year cheaper.
I was then the "fever" packed and I have further checked. I noticed something similar with the mobile phone. There I had, although I'm actually only network internal SMS and are included in my contract for free or included, a text message "all net Falt" for 10,00 € mtl. with given. (The sellers in the shops sometimes talk so quickly when signing the contract that I did not really notice it, because I usually pay a lot of attention to such things.) Anyway, SMS Flat is terminated in foreign networks, so what's app or something.
Overall, I have now by optimizing our two telephone contracts now about 23.00 euros more a month, if I calculate the 3 free months from the fixed network provider and then form an average. I have lost nothing at all in quality, on the contrary, my Internet is now running much faster!
