I was amazed that you can also bake in the pressure cooker. I really wanted to try that and I can say in advance, it works very well. Here is the recipe that I have nachgebacken based on the Fissler recipe, but a little bit changed.

ingredients

  • 100 g oatmeal cookies
  • 50 g butter
  • 350 g of pot cream
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 120 g cane sugar
  • 130 g of cornstarch
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour, heaped
  • lemon zest
  • 1 vanilla pod, fresh or equivalent from the mill
  • 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
  • 1 pckg. Blueberries
  • 1 20 string shape
  • baking paper

preparation

  1. Crumble the biscuits (in the Moulinette or similar) and mix with the melted butter. Lay out the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper and press the biscuit mass firmly on the ground.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, then gradually add the eggs. Now put this cream on the biscuit bottom. Cover the Springform with a foil so that no water can penetrate.
  3. Add 250 ml of water to the SKT and set the tripod. Then put the springform and close the lid. Select cooking level 1 and heat at the highest level. As soon as the green ring appears, reduce the temperature. It begins the cooking time of 35 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let it evaporate by itself. Once the pot opens, remove the springform pan, cover the foil and let the cake cool. Now drive along the inner edge with a knife. So that the form edge can be opened and taken off easily.
  4. In a small pot, heat the blueberries with a little water and vanilla extract, stir with the whisk to a sauce. Cut the cake and serve with the blueberry sauce. He is very tasty, good appetite.

Info:

It is not easy to take the springform out of the pot without any problem. Using oven gloves to grasp an oven and take out a mold is much easier. Here Fissler might even think about an accessory, with the cake or other shapes can be easily removed again, because with the fingers you do not get between the edges of pot and baking pan.
