Cheese cake without butter and flour

Cheesecake without butter and flour = jerk-pleasure.

At first, I was skeptical as to whether the recipe could become something, but cheese cake almost without soil is made in 2 minutes and baked in 60 minutes. Loose, juicy and not so fat.

You take

  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pck. Custard powder
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons semolina
  • 2 cups a 500 g food quark
  • 1 glass of drained cherries

preparation

  1. Whisk everything without the cherries.
  2. Fill the mixture into the mold and spread the cherries on it. (I like to use a baking dish with baking paper)
  3. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes until the mixture has stabilized and has a nice golden brown crust.

Good hunger (and thanks to my colleague Katrin for the recipe)
