Cheese salad (super fast and delicious for every barbecue party)

ingredients

  • middle ages Gouda on the piece (about 300 g)
  • 1 small tin of pineapple pieces (drained weight approx. 250 g)
  • 1 bag of pine nuts
  • 1 cup of creme fraiche
  • Spices: salt, pepper, sweet pepper

preparation

Put pine nuts in a pan - without oil! Heat and turn regularly when starting to turn brown. Attention, tanning process is fast. When golden brown, let it cool on a plate. Do not put hot in the salad, otherwise the cheese will melt.

Freshly remove Gouda from the fridge (cools better), cut into cubes, drain the pineapple and place with the cheese and cooled pine nuts in a suitable bowl. Creme Fraiche to mix. Season with pepper and paprika to taste. Only if needed salt, because the cheese is salty! Finished.
