Cheesecake from the fast wave / microwave

Dough:

300 g of flour, mixed with
3 teaspoons baking powder
150 g of sugar
1 egg
150 g butter


To make a kneading dough, fill a round silicone baking tin with 2/3 of the dough and press up on a 2 cm high edge

Bake at 600 watts for about 7-9 minutes

Filling:


100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 P. vanillin sugar
3 eggs
4oo g of drained lean quark
1 packet of vanilla cooking pudding
grated lemon zest or a little bit of Zitro-Back

Mix everything together and spread on the dough. Crumble the remaining dough and spread on the filling

Bake everything at 600 watts for another 16-18 minutes.

This cheesecake tastes wonderful and is guaranteed not a.

You can also make a cake, then just add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to the dough and leave the lemon zest.
