For a Springform 26 cm or 28 cm you need:

- 150 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg of medium size
- 75 g of butter or margarine

- Make a kneading dough and cool for 30 minutes.

- Prick several times with a fork and prebake for 10 minutes at 160 degrees top and bottom heat.

- The baking time is about 60 - 70 minutes. Prefer a little longer at a lower temperature.
- After the baking time leave the cake in the oven for 15 minutes with the oven door slightly open. Allow to cool in the mold.
