For a Springform 26 cm or 28 cm you need:

Knead dough

  • 150 g of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg of medium size
  • 75 g of butter or margarine

preparation

  1. Make a kneading dough and cool for 30 minutes.
  2. The greased Springform so that about 3-4 cm on the ground and on the edge.
  3. Prick several times with a fork and prebake for 10 minutes at 160 degrees top and bottom heat.

  • 50 g cornstarch

  1. Cream the quark, sugar, lemon juice, egg yolk and cornstarch.
  2. Then fold in the whipped cream, then the egg whites. Put the mass on the pre-baked ground and smooth it out.

  • 75 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 75 g soft butter

  1. Knead these ingredients and sprinkle them on the quark mixture.
  2. Now bake the cake into the tube and finish at 160 degrees.
  3. The baking time is about 60 - 70 minutes. Prefer a little longer at a lower temperature.
  4. After the baking time leave the cake in the oven for 15 minutes with the oven door slightly open. Allow to cool in the mold.

  • Who likes it fruity, could also z. B. mandarins or peaches from the can still add. It does not have to be that way, it tastes so good.
