Chia-meat meatball

Swollen in water Ciasamen, make the meatballs really nice fluffy. The seeds contain a lot of omega 3 fatty acids. I know the swollen, sticky mass looks a bit like snail eggs. The meatball does not need an egg either. To the mass I give oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs.
ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tablespoons water
- 500 g roast meat
- 1 small chopped onion
- Parsley (quantity as required)
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
spices:
- Salt, pepper (as required)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp balsamic cream
- 1 tbsp Maggi
preparation
- Stir in the chia seeds in a small bowl with water and let soak for 5 minutes.
- In another large bowl, combine roast meat and all other ingredients. If the Chiamasse is nice and glibberig, it is mixed with the spiced meat amount. Without egg!
- Shape desired size of meatballs and fry until they are cooked.
- You can also fry the meatballs and then cook in the oven, depending on the size, according to experience, a medium-sized required 15 minutes, at 180 degrees.
Good Appetite.
