Chicken breast tarragon

Gorgeous recipe that will create some culinary jauchzer and guaranteed to succeed:

for 4 people:

8 chicken breasts
Marinade:
2 tablespoons mustard
2 dl white wine
2 tsp tarragon
2 teaspoons salt


Marinate meat for several hours (preferably in a freezer bag, so that the marinade can move in well), then dry. Salt meat, fry and place in buttered gratin dish.

Sauce:
1 double cream
1 sour half cream
1 tbsp cognac
little salt, pepper
1 tsp tarragon grated

The sieved marinade little cook. Add sour and double cream and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add cognac, season sauce and pour over meat.

Bake in the oven briefly at 250 ° C circulating air.

This fits e.g. Wild rice.
