  2.   9. The oven: We have a gas stove! I heat this up a couple of minutes between level 3 and 4 and then put in the roasting pan with the legs. For an electric range, it is about 170 ° C-180 ° C!
  10. The cooking time is about 1 1/2 hours! Shortly before the end of the cooking time (I do not do more than 5-10 minutes in the gas oven) I remove the lid from the roasting pan, so that the skin gets a bit cramped, but it does not have to be done.
