If all chicken feasting - no, not just a leg out, but some meat left over, you can make a delicious chicken salad from it:

- Mix about 3 tbsp mayonnaise with 2 tbsp crème fraîche, add some lemon juice, Worcester sauce, sugar (or sweetener), salt and pepper.
- Divide the (cooked) poultry meat into bite-sized pieces and, together with the contents, carefully lift each mini-mushroom, asparagus tips and tangerine (or pineapple pieces) under the dressing.
- Let it soak for a few hours and taste again.
