How to bread tasty chicken thighs - without skin - the best:

Sometimes we also like to eat the chicken thighs breaded out of the oven. I used to just wash, season and then bread the thighs. But we did not like it that much, as the skin inside was a bit too slippery and the breading did not last as well.

For a long time I do it differently and they taste so much better and crispy.

preparation

  1. I take the thawed chicken thighs, I'm radical and just take their skin off hihi (it just goes off) then I wash them well, dry my thighs and then just season them lightly with salt, paprika and pepper.
  2. Then breaded, first in flour, then in whisked eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. For this, I'll season the breadcrumbs with some curry, salt, pepper, paprika maybe chili powder, herbs ... (just to taste) and then I turn the legs well in it.
  3. Then they go on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in the oven, about 1 hour at 180-200 degrees.

The advantage of removing the skin is also that they are not so greasy and the breading clings well to it.
