Children's favorite casserole
A delicious casserole that tastes especially children, but also does not leave adults cold.
Cook 500 g (whole grain) pasta in salted water and drain. Collect the butterdrops from a package of buttered vegetables (450g) and place in a saucepan (if there is some vegetables sticking to them, it does not matter).
From the butterdrops, 30g flour or light sauce binder and 500ml milk a little salt, pepper and possibly a little nutmeg boil a Bechamel sauce.
Put the pasta and vegetables in a large baking dish.
From 2-3 fine sausages, turn the sausage into balls and add directly to the noodle-vegetable mixture. Pour the Bechamel sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with 50-100g grated Gouda.
Bake in the oven at 200 ° C E for 30-35 minutes.
This casserole also tastes with tomato sauce instead of Bechamel sauce ;-)
In addition to the sausage balls, you can also take meatballs.
