Chilled PET bottles as heat help
In the heat, I always have one or two PET bottles with crane water in the freezer.
For example, I like to take a bottle to work (I'm a cashier at a bank) and put it in a towel wrapped in the footwell. Slipped out of the sandals and put your feet on them, lovely!
At night, I wrap a bottle really tight in a terry towel and fix it too (cable tie, like a candy, so nothing can slip out). The bottle comes to bed under the blanket, body contact is also good with good coverage. But never without a towel, otherwise there may be frostbite!
If you have a fan in the office, put a frozen bottle in front of it, the airflow will be pleasantly cold.
Sure, there are more uses, definitely good in the heat.
