China pan sweet and sour for quick cooking

I like to eat Chinese for my livers, but what I've always cooked myself has always tasted - well - home-cooked. At the Vox chef, I've got a quick and super-tasty dish:

Ingredients and preparation

  • Roast chicken meat with very little oil in the wock, do not let it get too much color.
  • Take meat out of the wok
  • a few sliced onions - not too much - glassy
  • then vegetables purely (no matter if from the frozen bar, fresh tastes better) if possible Tri-Colore peppers, a bit corn, cauliflower or broccoli, a few Erbschen (maybe young Ebrsen with pod!), just like everything. ..
  • sauté briefly to keep it crisp
  • Meat, stir well, so that everything is hot
  • infuse with orange juice
  • add a dash of tomato ketchup, add Tabasco to taste
  • Neat soy sauce on it
  • fresh, leafy cut mushrooms
  • a few pineapple pieces to it
  • If necessary, thicken with a little more

I'll tell you, it's done quickly and tastes like the Chinese man (who unfortunately is not around the corner)!

Have fun trying!
