Chinese cabbage salad
Exact quantities I can not do. A refreshing salad ideal as a side dish for grilling.
Cut 1 small Chinese cabbage into thin strips
Cut 1 leek (1 bunch of spring onions) into fine rings
1 red pepper (because of the color) dice
1 small tin of tangerines, catch the juice
1 small tin of pineapple, catch the juice, cut the pineapple into pieces
