Chinese carrot pan

You will need 1 bag of rice, 1 chicken fillet (100g), 350g carrots, a large onion, 2 tablespoons oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt / pepper and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Cook the rice in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash the Hänchenefilet, dry and cut into very thin strips. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Now heat the oil in a large pan, fry the meat and down to level 8. Add the carrots (stir fry for 6 minutes). Add the onion slices (fry for another 6 minutes). Use salt / pepper and soy sauce for seasoning.
