Chocolate balls (rum balls)

You take:

  • 15dag of hazelnuts
  • 20dag icing sugar
  • 10dag chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 1 Clear
  • 2-3 tbsp rum (can be more)

preparation

Process all the ingredients into a mass and make balls out of them. And then still in Schokostreuseln welzen. Let dry for 1-2 days, so they are a bit harder.
