Chocolate balls (rum balls)
You take:
- 15dag of hazelnuts
- 20dag icing sugar
- 10dag chocolate (cooking chocolate)
- 1 Clear
- 2-3 tbsp rum (can be more)
preparation
Process all the ingredients into a mass and make balls out of them. And then still in Schokostreuseln welzen. Let dry for 1-2 days, so they are a bit harder.
