Chocolate Banana bags
Today I experimented a bit and also had to recycle leftovers and there were these bags out. Since they taste very good to me, I would like to share my idea with you other FM users.
You need the following: (8-10 pockets)
- 1 pack finished pizza dough
- 2 bananas
- Nutella (can be cheap too)
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation:
- Roll the pizza dough apart and divide it into 8-10 equal parts with a knife
- Now all parts are coated with Nutella
- Peel the bananas, cut them once lengthwise, then divide into smaller pieces again
- Now place the banana pieces on the Nutella-coated pieces
- Now only fold into pockets and brush the edges with egg yolk and press
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 ° C top-bottom heat for 10-12 minutes.
Then cool down a bit, because they are very hot through the chocolate cream and bananas!
