Chocolate Banana Nut Cake
Ingredients for the cake:
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/4 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
Preparation:
Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil, bubbles & eggs with the mixer at the highest level for about 2 minutes to a creamy dough. If the dough is too firm, just stir in a sip of soda.
Crush the bananas with a fork and stir in the dough together with the almonds and the chocolate.
Fill into a greased dish and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 50 minutes.
If it is cold, you can dust it with powdered sugar as you like. Good Appetite :)
