- 6 eggs
- 150 g of chocolate

- 150 g icing sugar

- Whisk egg whites with a breeze of salt until stiff.
- Heat chocolate with oil and stir until smooth, cool slightly.
- To the beaten egg white take turns egg yolk and chocolate with oil.
- Finally, fold in the flour.
- Bake at 150-160 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- After cooling fill with apricot marmalade.
- Glaze: Heat 1/8 L of the top (whipped cream), melt 3 ribs of chocolate, mix, stir well and glaze the cake.
