Chocolate cherry cream cake

This delicious, fruity cream cake with chocolates and cherries is ready in just one hour and will work well on any coffee table!
ingredients
For the dough:
- 50 g of block chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- ½ pck of baking soda
- 1 pck. Pudding powder (creamy taste)
- 50 g of raspberry chocolate
For covering:
- 1 glass of sour cherries (680 g)
For the decoration:
- 400 g of whipped cream
- 3 Pck. Cream Festival
- 150 g of block chocolate
preparation
- Drain the sour cherries. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Melt 50 g of block chocolate over the water bath and let it cool lukewarm.
- In a mixing bowl beat the soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy, then add the eggs.
- Mix the flour with baking powder and custard powder, add seven, add to the butter-sugar mixture and continue to beat.
- Finally, stir in the melted chocolate and the grated chocolate.
- Then place the dough in the greased springform pan and spread the drained cherries over the dough, leaving about 1 cm at the edge and lightly pressing the cherries into the dough.
- The baking time is 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven (make a stick sample!)
- In the meantime, melt the 150 g block chocolate and allow to cool.
- Beat the whipped cream with cream and place in the fridge.
- Spread the whipped cream on the baked and cooled ground, decorate with the melted, lukewarm chilled chocolate and enjoy.

Another tip:
This cake tastes almost even tastier, if instead of cherries 2 small doses (each 340 g) used dripped pineapple in pieces!
