Chocolate coffee with couverture leftovers

Be it because it's Lent, or because you generally do not like wasting food, or because you're worried about how not only garbage but also wastewater can be avoided. Or because you just want to enjoy consciously.

After I had the cake with chocolate coating and beautiful decoration, I wanted to treat myself to a little break. Just clean up the kitchen and make it comfortable with a cozy cup of coffee. My eyes fell on the bowl of melted couverture.

I had consumed almost everything, but still too much was left in the glass bowl, in which I had melted the couverture in a water bath. If I put such a thing in my dishwashers, then the automatic mechanism needs many prewash cycles, until the whole chocolate is out. If I turn off the automatic, then I find the couverture as discoloration in all plastic boards and cans again. ;-(

So I poured myself my cup of coffee into this glass bowl, stirred it around eagerly and enjoyed it. From a normal coffee was in this way a delicious chocolate coffee. Thereafter, the glass bowl was much cleaner and could safely wander into the dishwasher.

Granted the sight of the coffee, in the couverture bowl was not that great. I enjoyed it better with my eyes closed. And so as not to bother you, I preferred to upload the decorated cake (ChocolateSquares). For the heart of love beads, I put a heart cookie cutter on the couverture, which was only removed when the cake was already on the plate with the right person.
