Chocolate cream cake

- 3 dark Viennese soils (grocery store)
- 1 L cream
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 pck
preparation
- Put cream in a saucepan.
- Break 200g dark chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream.
- Stir the cream with bittersweet chocolate while stirring.
- Boil the mixture once, remove from heat and let it cool.
- Then put the chocolate cream in the fridge for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, beat the mixture with 3 pound creams until stiff.
- Brush the 3 Vienna soils with the chocolate cream and garnish as desired.
This cake is really easy to imitate and it tastes delicious.
