Chocolate cream cake

  • 3 dark Viennese soils (grocery store)
  • 1 L cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 3 pck

preparation

  1. Put cream in a saucepan.
  2. Break 200g dark chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream.
  3. Stir the cream with bittersweet chocolate while stirring.
  4. Boil the mixture once, remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Then put the chocolate cream in the fridge for 24 hours.
  6. After 24 hours, beat the mixture with 3 pound creams until stiff.
  7. Brush the 3 Vienna soils with the chocolate cream and garnish as desired.

This cake is really easy to imitate and it tastes delicious.
