For all those who want to work in the kitchen today during the bad weather:
Homemade chocolate kisses, 6 portions:
Make syrup: 100 ml of water + 200 g of sugar (boil up to 120 °, sugar thermometer or by feeling, yes, yes, I hear the snappy comments)
Beat 3 egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff.
1 pk gem. Gelantine (Agar Agar also works) dissolve.
Syrup u. Add gelatine with further whipping to the egg whites.
Do not beat further and let cool to approx. 65 °. Bulk can be processed further if it is fluffy / stiffened.
With piping bag, put piles on waffle bottoms (eg round ice cream waffles).
Let liquid chocolate run over it. In chocolate kiss size it has 82 kcal
