Chocolate muffins with twix pieces

Here again a recipe for all lovers of delicious, very chocolatey muffins that are very easy and fast to bake.
For 12 muffins you need:
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml of oil
- 100 ml of milk
- 250 g flour
- ½ Pa. Baking powder,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- about 100 g TWIX (2 x 2 waffle bars) and, if desired, a little bit of raspberry chocolate
preparation
- The oven is preheated to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) or 160 degrees air circulation.
- The preparation is simple. First, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until well frothy, then stir in the oil.
- The flour is mixed with baking powder and cocoa and sieved, then the flour mixture is added in portions alternately with the milk to the egg-sugar-oil mixture and stir well.
- Now pour 1 tbsp of dough into each of the prepared muffin cases, spread the TWIX bars cut into small cubes on top (I have taken 2 dices per dish) and finally top up the tins with the remaining dough. At your discretion, you can sprinkle a bit more with raspberry chocolate.
The baking time is 25-30 minutes (make a stick test!)
If you are not sprinkled with grated chocolate, you can dust the cooled muffins with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
