Chocolate Quark

Take a bar of chocolate (bittersweet) and let it melt in a warm water bath (not in a metal jar, otherwise the chocolate will clot). In addition, beat 250 ml of cream until stiff and stir in a small amount of vanilla sugar. The stiff whipped cream is stirred under 250 ml of curd cheese and gradually added to the melted chocolate. The mass is about 4 hours in the refrigerator. Fast, cheap and delicious! The proportions can be varied according to taste.
