Chokladbollar - Swedish chocolate balls


Total preparation time: 20 min.

These balls go fast and you can take them great!


  • 300 g of fine oatmeal
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder heaped
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2-4 tablespoons coffee (optional milk, liqueur or similar)
  • Coconut flakes, oatmeal, hail sugar or cocoa rumwälzen to it


  1. Mix together butter and sugar and add to the rest, mix and add coffee according to consistency. If it is too dry, coffee in, if too "soggy" oatmeal and cocoa.
  2. Then welzen in the selected topping and they are ready!
  3. Actually, you make little balls, but as seen in the picture, I had no desire to make mini-balls.
