Chokladbollar - Swedish chocolate balls

These balls go fast and you can take them great!
ingredients
- 300 g of fine oatmeal
- 100 g soft butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder heaped
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2-4 tablespoons coffee (optional milk, liqueur or similar)
- Coconut flakes, oatmeal, hail sugar or cocoa rumwälzen to it
Preparation:
- Mix together butter and sugar and add to the rest, mix and add coffee according to consistency. If it is too dry, coffee in, if too "soggy" oatmeal and cocoa.
- Then welzen in the selected topping and they are ready!
- Actually, you make little balls, but as seen in the picture, I had no desire to make mini-balls.
