Cholesterol-conscious diet with Alba oil

During a visit to the doctor I found that my cholesterol levels are too high and I should eat low cholesterol.

That means in plain language, especially butter and eggs from the menu. That's hard for me because I love butter most of all.

So I researched and found out that there is a very tasty alternative for butter lovers: the Alba oil (Swedish product). This is rapeseed oil with butter flavor: super delicious and very healthy (many unsaturated fatty acids, so omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and 0 g cholesterol!).

Sure, I can not smear the oil on bread, but for all potato, noodle and vegetable dishes and rice dishes, I use only this oil and also to bake cakes can take it.

Whether you can fry meat with it, I do not know, I am a vegetarian. But a try is certainly worth it.
