What do our biscuits consist of:

  3. Before cutting, the dough is kneaded patiently and rolled out, the remains are kneaded again and again.
  4. The oven should be preheated (not fast) to 180 ° Celsius. A tin is baked in about 15 minutes.

After cooling, the biscuits can be decorated.

  • Traditionally, we often take lemon glaze.

  • Interesting and pleasant I find a light glaze with saffron.
