Christmas Cappuccino

Ingredients for the Christmas cappuccino:

  • 350 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g coffee whitener
  • 70 g cocoa powder (no children's cocoa)
  • 70 g of soluble coffee powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp gingerbread spice, alternatively speculoos spice

preparation

Mix all ingredients (preferably grind finely in the blender or sweep through a sieve.) Store in airtight.

On a normal coffee cup add three to four heaped teaspoonfuls of hot water and stir. Tastes very good.
