Christmas crossies

Total preparation time: 20 min.

At the beginning I would like to thank the tipster Birgit-Martha, who inspired me in the last week with her "Leckerei a la Schoko-Crossies" to the "Christmas Crossis".

I have used their tip as a basis for further different crossies variants.

ingredients

  • 1 block of whole milk couverture, 50 g of chopped almonds, marzipan (depending on taste and budget: raw or bitter almond flavor) and cornflakes.
  • 1 block of white chocolate, 50 g of chopped almonds, raisins, vanilla (from pod or vial), cornflakes.
  • 1 block of whole milk couverture, 50 g of chopped almonds, gingerbread spice, cornflakes.

preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate while stirring in the pot, stir in almonds and "flavors" thoroughly and mix / mix in so many flakes that they are all covered in chocolate, but do not leave too much chocolate in the pot.
  2. A few flakes crumble, helps to "maximum chocolate conversion" The Crossie mass I poured on a baking paper and spread.
  3. After cooling, put it in a cookie jar and put it in the fridge for a short while to make it really firm.
  4. Then you can supercharge them to the desired size.

The three upper varieties I have made and they were found by all sweet tooth cats present very delicious with high addictive potential.

For the test run, I initially only used the appropriate aroma bottles, I could imagine that it is even more delicious with real vanilla and marzipan.

Varieties I'm still planning:

Speculoos, fruit muesli, baked apple (dried apple pieces and cinnamon), banana (dried) and adult amaretto.

So I will make this Christmas our little presents (still a small jam to); a Klarsichttütchen and fill in the color change ... and who has durchgefuttert down to the bottom, there is still on flaky, homemade almonds (after FM) ...

... and now I'm curious about your ideas and suggestions.
