ingredients

Make 2 pieces to start because of one, not worth it.

dough

  • 500 g nuts, I take 1/3 hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts, of course ground
  • 500g flour
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 500 g butter
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 - 8 teaspoons of cocoa
  • 5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 5Tl ground cloves
  • 5 pck vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 vial of Rumaroma
  • 8 drops of bitter almond
  • 6 tablespoons of kirsch
  • 3 eggs

For covering

  • about 1 1/2 glasses of raspberry jam

preparation

  1. From the ingredients mentioned knead the dough, preferably by hand. Then let cool for a few hours. I leave him standing overnight. It's best to split it in half.
  2. The following day, divide as follows: Set aside a small part, which is needed for the covering. An approximate amount you have to estimate a bit. The other part is undressed and placed in a springform. Work around a small edge. Then comes the jam, may be plentifully abundant. Cut out the remaining dough and place on the jam. Dough that is not being processed should always be stored in the refrigerator, it will soften very quickly.
  3. Finally, the Ausstecherle be coated with melted egg yolk and purely in the preheated oven. Since usually a small part is left, another tip, as Ausstecherle it tastes good.
  4. For 175 ° C air circulation on the bottom rail, bake for approx. 40 - 50 minutes. After cooling, pack in aluminum foil. The older he gets, the better. So 2 - 3 weeks he keeps in cool storage.
